Refund Policy

GCL endeavour to ensure all items are quality checked before shipment, however if you have any issues please contact us on 0800 886 755 or call into one of our five branches  within 7 days of receipt.

 

Damaged Merchandise

From time to time, goods maybe damaged in transit, a credit or replacement will be issued.  The customer must retain the original shipping box or satchel along with the materials used before any claim will be accepted by GCL.

 

Incorrect Merchandise

If an item has been purchased or picked incorrectly, GCL can accept returns only if the item has been unopened.  It must be retained in the original item packaging.  Please inform GCL within 7 days of purchase.  Once the item has been returned to GCL and examined a replacement or credit will be issued.

 

Indent Items

GCL has the ability to source parts from many suppliers, in some rare cases these items are one off purchases and GCL are unable to return them if the customer has changed their mind or purchased the incorrect item.  A note will be placed on your Tax Invoice stating if this item is non returnable.

 

Faulty Items

GCL have the ability to repair or replace particular items i.e. piston compressors, within the warranty conditions.  If the item that is being repaired is outside of the warranty conditions it will entail a fee.  Please speak to your area representative to discuss this further and explore your options.

 

Refunds

GCL will credit your customer account or direct credit to your nominated bank account only.
